President
With over 20 years of experience, Melisa is a specialist in mental health, wellness, adult learning, and education. She is passionate about providing individuals and organizations with customized, quality professional learning opportunities in the area of emotional intelligence, cognitive diversity, mental health literacy, and employee engagement. Melisa is a licensed therapist and has held multiple leadership positions, most recently as Director of Learning Services Director of Wellness in Human Resources.
Senior Consultant
Spencer is the Grant Program Manager and SDP Fellow for the Colorado Department of Education's high-impact tutoring program. Before his time at CDE, Spencer held positions including Director of Educational Innovation, Academic Policy Officer. He has worked for University of Colorado, Regis University, and as part of the Harvard Strategic Data Project. Spencer is an instructor for Mental Health First Aid, Higher Ed specialist, and Grant expert for Ed Mental Health.
